Query for the TAB from a punter named Dave

My name is also Dave
Bipot at Greyville today very disturbing
While following the live bipot tickets I noticed before race 5 the live tickets had changed.
The minimum dividend came down from R23 to R10.40
I then realised that the no 8 (ran 3rd) had been included in the 1st leg.
I called TAB customer care who said the 1st timer rule applied.
I told them in all my life racing this had not applied.
They then called back and said it had been updated last week. Was anyone else aware?
My next question was only no 8 was added.
The next previously raced horse to finish was no 5 (6th). This horse has not qualified.
