R9, Rainbow Lorikeet, must be shoo-in on weight reversals with quite a few from the Woolavington won by Little Suzie.In that race she was hampered and had to switch but still managed to finish a creditable fourth. Her run in the HWB Durban July was brilliant considering how badly weighted she came into that race. Last time she ran in a WFA race against her own sex, she won. Must be worth a punt at the current price of 28/10.

Definitely on the same page Bayern, but I just questioned how much the July run has taken out of RL... 3 & 10 are coming in almost on peak runs which might make the difference 

I have a similar outlook in race 5... Tin Pan Alley should be fav but 1 had a devastating 400 to finish last time and World Of Royalty stands out on his time over 1600 against older last time out

Just my opinion, don't believe she was given a punishing ride in the July. Realistically, i also don't think they thought she could win the July. My own conspiracy, they could have easily entered her in the Garden Province, the race after the July, but maybe she drew badly, or they didn't think she could beat Double Grand Slam, who knows. So enter her in the July, drew 7, and ride for luck to keep her ticking over. The other thing, just like The Real Prince, Kannemeyer feels the July did not take much out of his horse, think the same applies to Rainbow Lorikeet, they wouldn't be running her if  they felt the July had taken a lot out of her.

I believe she is well in here.

Race 5 is very open, did Dutch Tin Pan Alley and Malmesbury Missile, but wouldn't be surprised if they were beaten, to be honest.

Since the betting opened, the most punted horses are :-

R2, Princess Of Gaul (opened 2/1 now 12/10)

R5, Tin Pan Alley (opened 4/1 now 22/10 joint favourite) 

Use it, don't use it.

My double for the day is The Real Prince and Madison Valley

Princess of Gaul, Golden Palm, King Pelles, Rainbow Lorikeet.... but it's racing, so anything can happen.

I have mainly looked at value horses and taken multiples with horses to finish top 4 in races with enough runners.

 ran sectionals like a future champion on debut....I know the 4kg off had helped with that
...but time is time. With improvement to come...going forward i think  this will be a good little money spinner irrespective of what she does today.A horse to Follow!!!!!
