Question of Balance to win a Fortune ๐Ÿ˜‰

Good evening all as we look forward to the World Sports Betting Cape Town Met weekend.

Thereโ€™s no shortage of insight available, with expert views from trainers, jockeys and respected racing voices all linked on the site โ€” the information is there for punters ready to use it.

The big question remains: can the punters make a Fortune?

Double Grand Slam and See It Again are the two names dominating the conversation, and Andrew Fortune may well hold the key with his trademark balance and race awareness in the saddle.

Itโ€™s a superb card from top to bottom, and the Pick 6 looks as tricky as ever โ€” one that could truly pay a Fortune should either of the two hot favourites come unstuck.

Another puntersโ€™ competition is live, with entry at R100 per head, and well worth getting involved.

On Friday at Fairview, the Fourie/Greeff combination dominates early markets, holding favouritism in the first five races.
Three Cheers for George and Zietsman also line up in a valuable contest โ€” fingers crossed ๐Ÿคž.

Looking ahead to Saturday in the UK, Leopardstown takes centre stage, with Galopin Des Champs the headline act. A strong supporting card includes Doctor Steinberg, Narciso Hos and Romeo Coolie, all capable of scoring again.

On the Sunday at Leopardstown also top class fieldsย

Final Demandย

Majborough vs Marine Nationaleย

Lossiemouth vs Brighterdaysahead.ย

This is a brief update as my troublesome eye continues to give the good one a hard time ๐Ÿ˜ข.

Question of Balance comes courtesy of the legendary Moody Blues โ€” a fitting soundtrack for Met week.

Good punting ๐Ÿ‘

I think it is a very concerning card as to the future of Cape Racing

156 runners left
41 runners from one yard
94 from the Snaith Bass Crawford marshall Kotzen
107 if u add in Plattner Racing and Kannemeyer
7 of the 23 Cape Trainers dont even have a runner.
Gauteng runners now down to 3 runners and 4 from Tarry raiders
KZN runners now down to 1 runner and 4 Muscutt raiders
PE has 2 runners

of the 14 non CPT runners
Race 1 Muscutt has St Harry in listed event
Race 2 ??????
Race 3 Grade 3 Stayer event PE two raider and the Mawing triplets send a horse
Race 4 ??????
Race 5 NBT sprint event . Tarry has 1 runner
Race 6 ??????
Race 7 Grade 1 . Tarry has a drakenstein runner and Dawson send ITSSA runner
Race 8 Grade 1 The sponsors calledit the Cape MET. 2 runners from Cape Town Yard other than 6 from Snaith. 1 from KZN and 2 from Gauteng. Rename it the Snaith Met
Of the 11 MET runners only two have ever won over 2000 meters 9 on 18 and see it again. TRPrince did win over 2200.
Race 9 Grade 3 Muscutt sends out 2 youngters
Race 10 ??????
Race 11 Grade 3 Tarry sends out an ITTSA runner
Race 12 Muscutt sends out a youngster

Owners are in for a big day
Bortz 14 runners
Wernars 9 runners
Drakenstein 8 runners
Jonsson 8 runners
Plattner 6 runners
Ridgemont 5 runners
Shirtliff 4 runners
Khaya stables 2 runners
Hollywood 2 runners

Looking forward to a few Andrew Fortune Interviews and maybe a few winners for Piet/Ebert Steyn yard.

Not looking forward to the ululation by commentators and Presenters.
