Cat I don't know what will/won't happen tomorrow - however, if the law has been circumvented - avoided - changed - ignored, then the independant legal system might just 'surprise' even the most cynical.

And in which case regardless of any such subsequent votes - they will be null and void, due to said findings and therefore unenforceable and may even be deemed as further 'wrong' actions and indeed may be taken as additional proof of the type of actions that the lads allege has taken place.

Which in turn could even lead to possible greater sanctions against those involved.

I'm no lawyer, however taking the possiblities to their maximum conclusions -
a very serious reveiw/actions may ultimately flow all the way upto P's involvement in the racing industry!

But as I say Cat - I don't know what will or won't happen tomorrow, and I'm most
certainly not a Lawyer - so we'll have to wait and see - time will tell mate.

Which imvho could be the reason for all the 'smokescreens/threats' etc of the past year.

Truth be out - whatever way it falls. For only the 'Truth' can set us free.

Jim.

On the positive side the price of brass and copper is very high and with the size of the badge, you might just get your money back at the local scrap merchant?

Spoke to Cuckoo a few minutes ago and he said judgement as been reserved for
Wednesday the 26th at 09:30am
Cuckoo & Co. are quite confident of a ruling in their favour.
