Good morning to a shocking days racing, but its Monday.

Have no idea with regards to racing from Flamingo Park, but Kiki Bar, Dr Foxx and Made in Manhatten should run well for the hardened punters?

In the UK weather taking its toll, McCoy is no closer to the 3000 and has 3 chances but nothing strong, Supreme Keano, Carnival Town, Paisley Cross.
The best bets at Southwell are West end Rocker and Valley of the Dolls.

Wolves where Fantastic Fred is going for a hatrick and Spencer could have a double with Parision Gift and Eighteenfifty.

good punting!

Officials at Southwell have been forced to abandon this afternoon's National Hunt meeting due to snow on the track.

The Nottinghamshire venue has been hit by a substantial amount of snow over the past 24 hours and with temperatures still hovering around freezing, acting clerk of the course Fergus Cameron has been left with little option but to call off proceedings.

Cameron said: "We had called an inspection for 7.30am but were able to bring it forward as we have almost an inch of snow on the track. It's still around freezing now and things are not going to improve sufficiently before racing. We could also get some more snow later in the day."

The news means 13-times champion jockey Tony McCoy will have to wait at least another day to secure the 3,000th National Hunt winner of his career.

McCoy is currently on the 2,998 winner mark and had three rides booked at this afternoon's meeting.
