I requested the 7/1 and the bet showed sp, I then took it again and was given 8.3, I sent them an email to request the cancellation of the sp bet, and within "30 secs" I received a call to say my request had been actioned and watched it on the screen as we were talking.
In addition I phoned the other day to ask, why I had an extra credit and it was due to them giving 15% on deposits during the Met.
