Strydom on swarming

I'm a big stiker fan but did you'll see the finish of race 2 of strydom on swarming????
I think he cut it very close. Swarming undoubtebly was the better horse but that was a close one. To ease off like that from the 150 mark and almost get beat. My double with forrest path was nearly at its end!
Wonder what would've happened had he lost it after doing such a thing?

Didn't want a MR15rise!

Could have won by 10!

I actually thought the saddle had slipped or something... he was standing up with 150m to go...

I was at the course and was disturbed to see striker in that race, it was almost as if he was trying to lose the race, I understand not pushing a horse to hard or trying to limit the rise in merit but easing up from the 150 and not reacting to the horses rapidly approaching at the death is asking for trouble...

I think he saw the inside winning pole and pulled the horse up.

Guys. Striker had soooooo much horse. He spent the last 150m looking at who he thought was the treat - never in doubt.
It was the jock on Masss destruction who realised and switched him to strikers 'blind side' - but never in doubt - no need for any witch hunts.

Quite cheeky, but totally innocent imho - Jim.
