Stakes Payments..Why we still living in the 60's?
16 years 1 month ago
Phum and GC please note the year is 2009.
I phoned the other day to enquire why my stakes cheques are not being paid to my dedicated trainers account..believe me when I tell you that in 2009 the age of technology I am told that a Stake Cheque..Yes a Cheque..is made out to the person whoes colours the horse runs in and he/she is responsible for making sure the other shareholders in the horse are paid accordingly.
They are unable to break Stakes up amongst the shareholders according to their % and transfer it to an account. Further to this they are unable to pay it into the trainers account unless all the partners have signed a document.
Please is there anyone out there who can explain the current unbelievably "old fashioned" rules of Stake Payments??
