There is very definitely a perception that the draw is crooked.
I really hope not.
I would hope that someone clever enough to write a "draw program" would be clever enough to make it truly random, with a log so you don't run it again and again until certain horses draw well.
Of course, a little transparency would go a long way.
Drawing "1" after complaining doesn't exactly fill me with hope though.

There is very definitely a perception that the draw is crooked.
I really hope not.
