He`s been riding in the uk for 5 or 6 seasons has had about 70 winners,why?

I think he is actually a South African who started off in a few work riders races in Cape Town before moving to the UK.

100% Correct Matthew. He started his track riding with the late Trudi Horeura. (spelling)

Thanks Mark. I think he left as soon as he got his licence. Has done well in UK, has ridden a lot for Hughie Morrison, as I recall.
