Well for starters any site that charges any deductions frm any deposit or winnings u may have in your acount... Like world sports and their kak story...

They charge you 5% deposit fee(on credit cards).What a joke.Like taking ones money isn't good enough any more.They are the only site that I know of that does this,or are they?

Interbet and Sportsspreads also charge for credit card deposits, and they are not allowed to. Report them to the credit card company.
