Morning I crossed over during power cuts to watch national and never heard my horse mention.
It was scratched

No local racing and poor UK fair today.

Stratford jumps
Carrigeen Kampala, Three Mack's and Luna Dora are PA bankers

Plumpton jumps
Also poor card

Good Punting 👍

2nd ante-post favourite Tahiyra will be given a workout later this week before determining whether or not she will take her place in the 1000 Guineas on Sunday week.

… and the 2nd fav Chaldean is still on course for the 2000 Guineas despite his unseating Frankie Dettori on Saturday.

Brace yourselves at Punchestown with three Gr1’s today.

Good morning

Yes Mac it's the start of the Punchestown 5 day festival

Facile Vega should win but hopefully IL ETAIT TEMPS will run well for Hollywood.

ENERGUMENE for the Chase

I see Bravesmansgame is running in the Gold Cup Wednesday so GALOPIN DES CHAMPS is at least backable in ATC s

Great stuff and good Punting 👍

Before the festival tonight we also have
Flos Las
Epsom where Frankie rides EPICTETUS
Yarmouth
Wolves

Not for the Punchestown Festival or for racing in the next two weeks but definitely worth sharing.

American Rascal the first foal of Lady Aurelia who won twice at Royal Ascot won his debut in impressive fashion. Definitely one for the notebook at Royal Ascot this June 2023 albeit at restrictive odds. Wesley Ward has numerous 2yo winners at the festival.

The Brutish Authority has announced a number of changes to the Jumps Pattern programme in an effort to strengthen the upper tiers of Jump racing. Several graded races have been removed from the calendar altogether while others have changed date or venue.

The Epsom Derby is set for an earlier start this year to avoid the FA Cup final clash. The race will be run at 14:30 SA time. (So, there will be two derbies on the same day).
