Nicky Henderson believes stable star
Constitution Hill
is well equipped to deal with whatever Irish challenge comes his way in the
Unibet Champion Hurdle
and spelled out his determination to banish the memory of last season's dismal
Cheltenham Festival
. Triumphant in the Champion Hurdle two years ago, the unbeaten eight-year-old is Henderson’s best chance of success on the opening day of the meeting next month. The Seven Barrows trainer has celebrated 74 festival winners but last year was the first time since 2008 he drew a blank.

Can't disagree with you about Constitution Hill for the Hurdle and still maintain Lossiemouth is the second best.
Same for Galopin de Champs who looks on track for the Cup.

Another non local race day as the rain continues.
Options for Thursday
Huntington
Lingfield
Newcastle
The best racing is from Punchestown where the Mullins machine is gearing up for Cheltenham
High Class Hero (Mullins)
William Munny
Jade de Grugy (Mullins)
Dr Eggman (Mullins)
Gameofinches (Mullins)
Take a few doubles and trebles with above 😉

Last year's Grand National runner-up
Delta Work
, one of Gordon Elliott's finest stable stalwarts over the last decade, has died at the age of 12 following a bout of colic. A three-time Cheltenham Festival winner during a stellar career, Delta Work won the Glenfarclas Cross Country Chase in 2022, famously beating the legendary Tiger Roll after a thrilling tussle, and he won it again the following year, too. He also won the Pertemps Final in 2018. Before switching his attention to the cross-country scene, Delta Work won five Grade 1s over fences and was successful in the Savills Chase and Irish Gold Cup at Leopardstown during the best season, the 2019-2020 campaign. He was fifth to Al Boum Photo in the Cheltenham Gold Cup afterwards.

The Godolphin 3 y o OPERA BALLOO had its first race last month in a
Novice at Kempton and was a very impressive winner by 8 lengths. He was immediately cut to 20/1 for the 2000 Gns.
To be honest he didn't beat much
Last night, also at Kempton, he beat a useful field by 4 lengths,Buick riding!
It could have been further and the way he ran away from them
was again impressive
Buick gave him one tap and he was gone.He is now 8/1 second fav.for the Guineas but also has now an entry for Kentucky Derby.ONE TO WATCH.

Both horses being mares will have a 7lb pull over ConstitutionHill.
I see he has eased in the Betting.
I still think -if he is 100%- that he will take some catching.
