While WSB Cat's are away

.....I would presume that some of the WSB management were not around at the helm at the time that the Nottingham UK races were about to commence yesterday as they had not priced up 10 min before the 1st race nor were any of the tote betting portal products other than P6 which was actually the Bi pod....tried to sent them a message and they could not respond other than telling me to send an e-mail....I wanted to play a trifecta as I strongly fancied the top 2 in the betting....but then backed at fixed odds SP the eventual winner.....just before the jump I saw that the odds were loaded as were the tote betting product portals....but too late race was off....trifecta paid well as the top 2 featured but insult to injury.....my win bet remained unpaid all evening....I sent another message and later only my stake was refunded yet that winner SP was 7/2 at the jump.....not a big bet but still the principal....I sent an e-mail and got some disjointed response to which I only sent a follow up -mail earlier today asking why the bet had not been paid out and now have a ticket for an enquiry....pretty poor I say....

To bet Trifecta's you would need to have opened UK racing, click Nottingham, and the race that you wanted. Hit the drop-down box and if trifecta was available you could play it there.

I'm sure only Jackpot and Bi-Pot are priced up in the "all racing section"

......they must have had gremlins at the time of the race.....as I refreshed and tried all tricks to get bets on....opened the only tote option which was marked P6 which turned out to be the bi-pot....would not be posting here if it were only one thing wrong but a comedy of errors....while trying to take a bi pot which was the only tote bet the race jumped.... and only then saw that all prices and tote bets were there....after the horse I backed won I then played a JP with my bi pot selections which paid much better ....

Just to note that I have noticed recently that the Operators at times only offer Trifectas and Quartets on designated races on a card for UK. They omit races.

......WSB are normally quite on the ball.....but at the time of the intended bet/s there could have been a lapse due to power issues and although they have a generator the switch over could have caused a malfunction as it was about sixish when the 1st race betting boards reflected S.P's and my then SP win bet landed in another exotic bet portal :oops: ....but all is sorted....:woohoo:

WSB never had an issue Muhitman, you were looking in wrong place

.....desktop site....open 1st race...betting should have automatically there....but was not....whole board was S.P s....so place an S.P bet on the 6 horse.... then opened tote drop down box....the only thing that came down was marked P6.....but no P6 was available at tote....this actually was their Bi pot portal ...and said so once it was opened....I do not normally play this bet even on the tote....but because it was there only tote offering there at the time ....started filling in selections but race closed....:oops:
