If i were the Indian team i would declare after 40 overs, seriously this Protea team must go down as one of the weakest for many a year.

One more bitch and that is why dont these selectors think. Newlands is to Philander like mothers milk is to a baby. SA are 2-0 down so why not ask him to play in this match. He would have extracted, like he always does, something out of this pitch.

Kohli and Dhoni are very capable of scoring 100 in the last 10 overs. This could get very nasty for the Proteas

SA are 31/10 to chase down the runs. If Amla bats for the first 20 overs then they have a chance. We could be in for a treat but can’t see SA getting close

Agreed... Although my personal favourite when he gets going (yes got a duck), is Rohit Sharma.... He just has so much time and is one of the cleanest strikers I have ever seen....

He should not have any pressure on him as his is the stand in captain and his international career so far has a pass rate. The big test comes in the Aussie series next month. I am beginning to see your point of view on him as a batsman. He has the potential but the jury will be out on him until he plays 25 tests
