Re: 2021/22 Premier League season
3 years 9 months agoA total disaster start for Arsenal. Just as well they have already played Chelsea and Man City when totally off form as we would not have beaten them even if we were at 100%. Arsenal would have lost both those matches even if it were against lessor opposition. Once Partey and Gabriel are back and the results will improve
Tottenham maybe top today but Arsenal will still finish above them. I will revisited this post next May.
hope you are wrong but I was fooled by Jose so I will support in silence until at least 20 games are played

Me going to stick with Liverpool until they play like Arsenal. I feel for Arteta but thankfully I am in construction.

It feels like the United of old. What a day! Cristiano is the best ever!
Looking forward to this season.

It may not be as technically good as most matches in the PL but for excitement and passion the Edinburgh derby today between Hearts and Hibs will be hard to beat. The match should be played at Murrayfield which is a 5 minute walk from the Hearts ground as they would get far more people into the ground.

Can any fellow Clanner explain to me why the Arsenal goal was allowed to stand?...seemed offside unless no offside if you are beyond the goal-keeper...

Whoever finishes above Chelsea wins the league Lionel. They have everything plus a manager who has no favourites. Yesterday Villa threw everything at them in the first 30 minutes, remember Chelsea left out 6 first choice players, but cud not break them down. They have great cover in every position and can play on the front foot or counter attack. Looking forward to their matches against United and City
