i cant wait for the rugby championship to kick off as super rugby season is far too long and boring now. They have to change the structure for next season. Yes keep the same teams but play in two sections. Then top 2 of each section play cross section semis and the final to be played at a stadium designated before the season kicks off. Having home advantage in the final is not right.

You right about having home advantage in the final. That is why the Sharks did not want to finish onto of the log. They wanted away quarters, semi and final to show how good they are
And with Teichmann taking over from Smit, the sharks juggernaut has just gone from good to superb. This news alone has struck fear into all opponents.

I don't mind the final going to the highest place finisher in the final. Reward for finishing the highest.

brumbies vs highlanders highlanders to win easing up
hurricanes vs sharks hurricanes to win going away
lions vs crusaders crusaders to win a close game
stormers vs chiefs chiefs to win a close game.
all new zealand semis because they are far superior to rsa and aussie teams.

In 100 years time people will be saying "i read that once upon a time the Sharks played super rugby and actually won it once" now they just play in the C division of the KZN league as they are not good enough to even play in the Currie Cup" "so when did it all start to go wrong?" " well it started in around 2013 and really got bad when they were thrashed in the play offs in Wellington by the Hurricane in 2016" After that result the Sharks just faded away to where they are today" Never mind we should support the Stormers as they are still the best around"
Thats what the future will be. I wont be around but maybe that little mouse from the Green Mile will still be
