Well done Lions, brilliant display. If they can keep the score close v Crusaders going into the last 15 then they can win

Some seriously good players in the Lions team which bodes well for the Boks. The Boks are going to win this years Rugby Championship. They will beat both Argentina and Australia home and away, lose in NZ then beat NZ at home winning the comp by 2 points.

I firmly believe the Bulls, Lions and to a lesser degree, the Cheetahs, should not lose their home games because of the altitude factor.

Fact, The Sharks have historically done well against all these teams, because in their recent past, a few of their players were from up-country and used to the altitude. Conversely, the Stormers have really struggled when playing up country (at altitude), and my personal opinion is that the majority of their squad comes through the ranks and there are very few players signed from the three franchises mentioned above.

I think the Crusaders are a lot more street smart than the Chiefs and will fight fire with fire i.e. go for poles whenever the opportunity presents itself. Crusaders will come away with another title.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Who is the ref?

That will be a big factor if a South African is officiating

Jaco Peyper officiating with Glen Jackson and Marius van der Westhuizen assisting.

With all the criticism coming out of NZ re Jaco Peyper's appointment, I hope he doesn't get lulled into trying to even the playing field as it were and ends up being harsh on the Lions and a touch lenient on the Crusaders. The Crusaders are very streetwise and line up very close to the offside line whilst on defence. They are also masters at slowing down quick ball in the rucks and cleaning out defenders(and holding onto jerseys of defending players) around the ruck area.

I thought Peyper was good in the 1st AB/Lions test so I doubt he will be overawed by the occasion.

GO LIONS!!!!
