Great opening weekend ahead
NZ should be much to strong for the Aussies , think - 16.5 seems about right
SA will beat Argentina cozily but the -15.5 seems a bit high imo but time will tell
Cant wait :woohoo: :woohoo:

Definite improvement in team structure. I think much of last seasons woes can be attributed to the coaching staff forced on coetzee....to have a backline coach from a poorly performed franchise with no international experience, as well as some other coaching staff was ludicrous.

Yet while there is improvement there is still a lack of enterprise and skill on attack. Multiple phased probes at the defence looking one dimensional , and predictable. Only when a team like argentina lapsed, individuals took the oppurtunity. There is no cohesive muliplayer strategy on attack, like i have seen from the all blacks, and developing with the aussies.

If that is not addressed, i cannot see this team winning the championship. They will play scintillating rugby, multiple phases of attack, etc but nit translate to the relevant points.

Teams like abs and aussies will easily see off this one dimensional attacking strategy, and will beat the boks even with territorial, and possession disadvantage.

New Zealand won't come out of first gear to thrash the Aussies again today
SA will battle today in Argentina and I wouldn't be rushing out to the bookie to take the -7.5 on handicap

I thought the bookies were extremely generous offering the half time handicap at -13,5 for the AB's...

You sure that NZ will thrash them? After 16 minutes its 17-0 to your 2nd favourite team, the Aussies

PS just love the way the Kiwi commentators are calling for all sorts of fouls for the ABs. They hate it when they are losing.

What a game. If Foley had his kicking boots on,Aussies would have won it.

In the game before, I noticed a real difference in the aussie play on attack, it was almost beginning to mirror the ab's on attack. Almost as if they found the ab's recipe book in the change room, and had copied it.

Boks are going to have a torrid time in australasia.

The Bok and Jantjies haters stay away from here when the Boks win. Get used to it as this is a world cup winning squad in the making.

I hope so cnc, next game will tell us much more. The Aussies have rallied and eager for a win.We haven't a bad record in Perth and maybe a few extra supporters from this Force fiasco.

Just need to start fast and get points on the board. Aussies hate playing catch up rugby and will still be reeling from throwing the match against the ABs away. Boks to win by 15
