Really Battling to grasp this selection.... Coetzee has previously stated that form is a major factor in his team/squad selection...

Did he not just as far back as today see that the Lions are the best SA franchise... yet, both the Stormers and the Bulls have more players in the squad... seriously blows my mind...

they won't beat the All Blacks even if they are allowed to send the whole squad onto the field - bulls bulls bulls and stormers stormers stormers
fuckit, did they notice these players been humiliated the past six months?

I think that I see your point.

When the Springboks run onto the field and the opposition are rolling around laughing at the palookas that have been picked, the Boks can run in and score the odd try

Cunning plan...

people on here laughed at me when i predicted that the Boks would finish last a couple of years ago. They finished last. They will win it this season.

No prima donas in the team who knew that no matter how poorly they performed they would just be selected for the next match. The argument about why so few Lions is flawed. Yes the Lions have had two brilliant seasons but players from the Stormers and the Bulls have better individual players.

SA will only lose one match and that will be in NZ.

It's a shocking team.

Forwards okay-ish bit under par. Backline terrible

I cant believe the Australians are shorter in price than the Boks! What do the bookmakers know? The most glaring stuff up is Raymond Rhule (officially the worst dedender in Super rugby) in before Ruan Colmbrink! I also have absolutely no confidence in Elton Jantjies. Any proper pressure and he fails :(

I 100% agree with you.. How Combrink was overlooked for Rhule is laughable... And as for the other guy you mention, undoubtably and categorically the leader of sportmen I just cannot stand!!!! (Yes, even more than Parnel and Murray!) The minute his forwards are not dominating and give him front foot ball, he is nowhere, cannot control anything....
