Tricky card complicated further by the threat of rain around - going already 'good to soft' - thoughts:

R2: Lusikisiki the obvious one - has not run in soft conditions, but due to the open nature of the rest of the PA legs, is the logical banker - if you are looking for a big payout, include Boujis and/or Broadband Baby who both have some form on soft ground
R3: Both Sakkie Sakkie and Flight Specialist have at least placed in soft conditions, those 2 probably enough in the PA - Oppie Koppie not sure to stay and Empire of the Moon has yet to show - Badger Game not too far off Sakkie Sakkie on a line through The Tiger's Sun so would be my 3rd choice behind Sakkie Sakkie and FS
R4: Chill Factor not the best of runs last time when trying blinkers, and also has not run in the soft - but most of his competitors have not shaped in the soft either (Checklist and Kapellmeister 0 places from 4 starts, Umfutho 0 places from 3 starts) so Edict (who has won twice in the soft) is now a definite PA inclusion for me - I'm also going to give Chill Factor the benefit of the doubt and will also include Ace of Hearts who is well in at the weights here and has consistent recent form
R5: A Pinnacle Plate should be straight forward - this one is not. I really can't see Ibsaar featuring at the weights (preparing face for egg) and my narrow preference is for Perpetual Song from Dunraven (both seem to like it soft), with chances to Reconcile (best in but using the race as a 'starting point' according to the trainer), Salutation (course suited and fair form in the soft), Dancing Red and Volatile .
R6: One has to go short somewhere, and I think Always Al could be the P6 banker today - but I'm backing him up with the smart House of Wax - last run too far and he likes the soft
R7: Tricky handicap - PA wise the consistent Radiant Rock is my first choice from Beta and Belmonte - but would not feel safe in the P6 without the field
R8: Little separating Blue Spirit, Royal Express, Beau Bois and Colca Canyon on form - BS, RE and CC will go into my PA and add the Wiid coupling and the scratched Super Break in the P6.

Play well and break a leg - we are certainly going to need some luck today :)-D

You missing nothing Mav, as I said and Frodo has also mentioned in his preview, it is competitive racing today, have to cut somewhere to make it affordable to take a bet...(:P)

The sensible bet would be NO BET TODAY... but then again not many sensible punters on ABC....>:D<
