This question was answered on the day of the scratching.
Hint:- Occhi is a Bosch runner.
1. Can you remember what won the race.
2. Check how many runners Drier originally had nominated/ carded.
3. Check if he had any scratchings for that race.
4. What did I post as a good thing on the day.

He accepted for the race to stand. Not eating up was the reason for scratching.
