Times aside (they can be misleading even over 1000m),. there is no doubt that Delago has loads of ability. But he is probably not the soudnest horse, even if "cripple" may be a bit strong.

sometimes i battle to read ur posts..what an absolute load of hogwash..how long is a career??? it can be one start it can be 100 starts..the owner/breeder in this case has every right to retire the horse whenever they bloody well feel like it...she may have well been a racehorse but she is a mare..so therefore yes she is a 'foal factory'..especially considered she is owned by breeders!

No one has argued that the owners can / can't do what they want...

If she is fit, sound and well she should run & that is fair comment from a spectators point of view.

Telling someone else what to do with the property became "fair comment" when, exactly? We'd like to see her run, but that is not even nearly the same thing as virtually demanding it.
