glad I'm not the only one who thought that Hibs, all over the place. Still, we know it b4 we back them so we can't shout too loud. I have to say though, that was the worst day's racing I've seen in a very long time, it just looked poor. I'm not normally one who spots the difference between a donkey and a Frankel or a Dettori and a - insert your own name here :) - but that lot today, they looked like a bunch of kids doing donkey derbys on Blackpool beach - if it had been a sand track I really would have been unsure!

A couple of examples in the last week of why I vowed to never own a share of anything racing in the WC and keep my betting limited pretty much to PAs.
That race where nobody except Odendaal picked up the pace...............today,that youngster on Peregrine Power the only one to read the up-front pace..........and the problem was highlighted in the last .Teetan was pulling the fav's teeth out trying to be "a few lengths off them"
If he had just let the horse stride easy,he would probably have been 5 lengths clear( the same speed as a few lengths behind at Turfontein)
These blokes need to be taught to read speed rather than position before they can call themselves jocks.......... King Karl's strike rate is often quoted but why do you think he hardly ever strays from home.........the bar is where he likes it........quite low!
