Very wrong and is money laundering - You back a horse to make a return not to get a winning ticket on a scratched horse !!

Mr H, it is not often I get involved enough to take things further but I am going to cogitate this matter and decide what to do. Is pure criminality and the operators need to do something about it. I also believe we need an independent external audit done on Phum and GC's books....and I am NOT accusing them of doing anything untoward but it is no good the student marking his own exam... a fresh set of eyes is what is needed.
