Ask Rod why ? You cannot suspend a man of Gavin's stature. He won't be back Rod. He did nothing wrong to start with. Rod, see how many people post below this how much they miss Gavin today. You have blown it big time. He is as big a loss as Daryl was. Lets all enjoy Andrew Bon !
