Whats this electronic device that wayne lukas has been accused of inserting under a saddle
to make the donkey run faster ?goodman was very vague in his comments on the show tonight

Have not seen the show but possibly a meat stimulator where a condenser/ capacitor holds current and discharges on a horse to give it a belt ( but that is another horse story for another day) and a trigger word is used in a race rather than wires -

I heard about this pulsator many years ago from a uncle in america,I thought the old man was

I knew of a horse from a top stable that had plenty ability and bad attitude-an electric whip(similar to cattle prod) was used in training -in the race only the verbal cry was used and the horse reacted,per-empting the shock-the horse won its comeback run ,in the top division by something like 14 lengths ,won next time out again and then wised up and the effect was short term!
