The Madji, Ajuba beat TTT by 8,5 lengths behind Banjo Bay and TTT beat Judge The Stride by 0,5 lengths so on collateral form should Ajuba should beat Judge The Stride by 9 lengths. However did these horses run consistantly?

The Madji
the first is just the race where Judge The Stride finished ,50 to Tobe Turf Terror.
Alongside TBTT is C symbol. That would tell you TBT previous runs with horses in that race. Now they have recently included an option to substitute the search with a horse of your choice.Do that and you see Fort Dixy has run against Gypsy Al and I recall 10 lenghts separated those two in comparison to how Gypsy Al and Judge The Stride finished
Bottom line should be that you might have to move to your summerhouse some time soon

Tobeturfterror followed up his maiden win with a decent effort last time out, but probably unlikely that he has improved by 9 lengths from the run behind Ajuba to the run when he beat JTS - but then JTS is probably also improving - these are the puzzles that we are trying to solve :S

The Form of the Judge race is very poor as 2 x 5ths 1 x 4th and 12 unplaced runs BUT when you look at the Lbh is amazing the horses he beat on times that day

I didn't dig deep enough so both should be ahead ?

Makes me wonder about the accuracy of the time :S

" In truth, I am tired of mulling over this one which indicates I have doubts about the market leaders but, though I certainly don't think others can be discounted, I don't see anything as good enough value to take on the front two in the betting"
Its official, I farking hate Race 3, you lot discussing it is making me mull it over again and I think it is one that only time can tell. Impossible to know the "problem" with Ajuba last time, impossible to know how much TobeTT improved when meeting JTS (trainer has has had subsequent winners in Flag Of France, Daniella and Tuesday's Child since who all, imo, were surprise winners but I think there was only a week between his runs against Ajuba and JTS) and Fort Dixy, a horse who I believe has been scratched the last twice he was entered (as I had him pencilled in as value/idiot chances and is now 3/1 for this
), can't be ruled out (as well as others imo) as he thrashed Ajuba last time out. And a 50/1 shocker will probably win it anyway!

Yip, race 3 certainly a bit of a teaser; my gut says that Ajuba will win this IF he repeats his pinultimate; if he does not repeat his pinultimate run, then the question still remains if Fort Dixy or Judge the Stride is the right one (for me 3 lengths behind Nad's Pride probably better than 1/2 a length behind Tobeturfterror); I really can't see anything bar these 3 :S

Race 3 is a puzzle, I just feel JTS has more scope for improvement but have backed up with Ajuba in the exotics.
