thats gonna be tough as engels pretty much gave the life history of every horse up to race 5 on the jotting thread... just a bit dissappointed he didnt finish it off after all that....

lmao Greg, that is very kind thanks mate but, if you saw me now you might reconsider the "enjoy" word. The truth is I enjoy finding value and writing them up helps with that because I pay more attention... don't want to miss something and let people down... or look stupid! () Obviously, with my limited knowledge and ability I can't cover all things, MRs etc and the like are a total mystery to me. But... enjoy writing them up, you HAVE to be kidding!!

As for working for the people you suggest... what and be labelled a traitor on ABC, no thanks bud I'll stay on this side of the fence, prefer to give abuse rather than receive it and besides I like moaning too much and this is perfect place to do that! lol (Add to that I am simply not good enough by a long way to do it for a "proper" publication.

GB, in truth, imvho, the operators and others deserve to be moaned at. They have a perfect opportunity to interact here... to listen, to explain, to educate, to take the good and use it, to explain why other proposals are impossible, to explain why they do certain things, why they can't do other things etc etc etc but they show zero enthusiasm to do so and thus only flame the us/them scenario. Personally, I HATE being treated like a fool who knows sh1t and it being left there. I am an idiot and I do know sh1t but I like to be told why and educated. As they don't, I am left with no alternative but to moan and keep moaning until I see something happening (which obviously doesn't happen too often!)

Best double for me is Muthiah Pillai on to Crown Mine - MP ran a very good 2nd behind Henry Higgins on Saturday - has not been penalised for that effort and a repeatshould see him waltz in here; CM beat subsequent winner Wishful Heart by more than 5 lenghts in his maiden win over this trip in a time that rivaled Emerald Cup runners - wide draw the only obstacle imo but would trust Striker to overcome that

Others that I fancy include Vulcan (by Kahal, so should take to the sand) and Ajuba - not sure what went wrong last time, but a repeat of his pinultimate should be good enough to win easily imo (tu)
