craig is dead right
how the horses trot out next day is what counts not what the jockeys say on the day
clearly atm greyville going is better than clairwood because horses stayed sounder
you actually don't have to be a jockey to make the call
alex ferguson and jose merinho couldn't play soccer to save their lives so why can they call the shots ?

So if Craig is right then Mrs De Kock, Shea, Delpech and Marcus etc are wrong? I know who I'll be with!

they'll make a plan.....nothing like PVC ground sheets and some decking on a flattened surface to do the trick....::o

Maybe Craig or Muhtiman can help me ,

Seeing nobody replied to my 1 st question about insurance, I assume it to be a stupid question ??

I did not want to spell it out but ,

My thought was that if a horse is over/welll insured and under performing , do owners and maybe trainers really care if a horse breaks down .

I hope just a BAD thought !!

In theory I think any horse could be insured against any eventuality - but if often does not make enough economic sense to ensure a horse if it is worth less than 100k - imo

A few questions that probably have been asked and answered before....
Would a cambered bend/s assist in making the track safer?
In all other track type sports, when the going is tough...the times are slower...are we not adapting to the muddy conditions? (or is there another aspect to the safety...i.e. incorrect grass surface etc.)

Seeing the reference to F1...Only MR60 horses to run with bigger saddles, top weight jocks(minimum riding weight 65kg) all horses to be fitted with chain racing shoes....:D and from next year...they'll only be able to use the crop for 3 seconds between the 1000m and 600m mark.....>:D<
Only grass feed allowed and saddles to have armrests....(:P)(:P)(:P)
