Singing River, the form behind it's last run has worked out quite decent. The two horses that beat him, went into stronger MR races and accquited themselves quite well. Singing River is taking on weaker company than in he's last race, this is my punt for the night. See he has been claimed into 5/2 from 33/10, may just end up top of the betting boards come race time.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

nash, there was a press release issued (I think it's somewhere on the site) stating that the winners of the 1900 and the Jubillee in Gauteng, will not get 'automatic qualification' to run in the July, rather they would get 'preferential treatment' when the final field is decided upon.
