I'm taking my chances with this patent :-

R2) Secret Society X (R5) Abbey Creek X (R7) Peace Pact

Secret Society's first run round the turn, she was fancied to win but appears not to have been striding freely. All things being equal, she does appear the one with the most scope for improvement and the one they all have to beat.

Abbey Creek, being an 8 time winner, her trainer is placing her very well, something similar to how Royal Colours went through the divisions in Durban. She is dropping in class, compared to the company she has raced against previously, think she's well in here. Drawn well, she could run them ragged.

Peace Pact, from draw 3, a repeat of his last effort would make him hard to beat. Van Niekerk must be careful not to let Fayd'Herbe and Milton get too far ahead, then he'll be running for second place.

Two I think have an each way chance are (R4), Western Movie (8/1) and (R6), My Precious (8/1).

Western Movie should finish close to Silver Salver if you compare their respective runs to Daring Dave.

My Precious was having her second run after a rest and was drawn fairly wide. From a fairly decent draw tomorrow and reverting back to her handy style of running, she's not without a chance.

Wishing you and yours a wonderful Christmas.

Race 4 looks very open to me, any horse can wi this one on his day. I'll be going for the value with eaatern front @16/1 weighted to place. Think he's well weighted to overturn a couple formlines and will be involved in the finish. Will take a swinger with equity kicker.

One of those CT where hard for me to find an angle, lots seem similarly matched and thus just comes down to who gets it right on the day.

I do agree with mahomed that High Arrow in the 7th is worth a second look at the prices... consistent performer who though has had 16 weeks off, has run well fresh previously. On lines through Charles Lytton he is much better weighted with Milton, though they met CL over 1400 and 1600 respectively.

Anyway, for what it is worth here's the preferences...

R1 Fat Bottom Girl (Miss Priss for exacta value)
R2 Elen Luyddog
R3 Imibala
R4 Western Movie
R5 Abbey Creek
R6 Queen's Jet
R7 Peace Pact
R8 Music App

Will likely do the bottom 4 in a yankee or may leave out PP and just do the patent

Wishing all... yes, yes even the leeches lol... a really great Christmas.

Be(s)t of luck to all

Don't do it Sanju, not only will they not settle at that price they will then ban you for daring to try and take advantage of one of their numerous errors or think that you only back supported horses #jokeofash1tbookies
