Legal Eagle scratched from the July

According to me, ST will carry 55.5 - as much as 3,5 kgs under sufferance - and I think Jooste has a share in French Navy - but I could be wrong

Not Listed as an owner of French Navy.

Cant understand why they never scratch on Monday where their other runners could have been getting lumps of weight.

All true - but I can't see what has been gained by the Joostes / Brugman ? Unless Deo Juvente has been pulled up without any real evidence of an injury - and I think Strydom is too experienced to pull up a horse without feeling something amiss? DJ the only Jooste horse who will now not be under sufferance ?
