Will the people who bought his horses have to give them back, as they were originally bought with stolen money?......
I had a cousin who had all his property confiscated because the houses he owned were bought with money that was stolen. He didn't know the person who gave him the money stole the cash. My cousin was cleared of any wrongdoing , but still lost everything...

yet again a case of, when it sounds to be too good to be true then it usually is. If true its no wonder they just threw money at purchasing horses as many a time posters suggested that they paid over the odds for a lot of their horses.

......what I find truly amazing is that they were able to hide in plain sight being so high profile in the racing industry and none of the people he worked with tried to blow the whistle on THEM....unless they were all in on IT....

I think, unfortunately(not an expert by any means) that the wronged person(telkom) will have a claim on these assets... I believe then the 3rd parties who bought the assets in good faith would have to sue Van Vuuren but as I say no expert

Sadly yes, CM
If memory serves me correctly, the liquidators of any insolvent estate can apply to court to nullify any disposition of assets 6 months before any act of insolvency (or it may be from the date of the insolvency order)
I have seen many people lose out on what they thought were bargains innocently acquired
