KENILWORTH, 29/08

I fancied Al Wahed last time out in stronger company, disappointed but that's the nature of the game, tomorrow drops even further in class and has a 4.0kg claiming appie riding.

I hope Neigh and myself are not the only ones in the pay-out queue.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Hi Bayern. What do you make of COT CAMPBELL in last tomorrow? I seem to recall them saying it was going to the top!!!

Still early season so smallish stakes but I fancy Casual Diamond in race 2 - hard to split her and gee whizz but because of the travelling factor, I'll go with CD.

Think know the ropes will go close in race 4 with a stronger jock on today and the drop back in trip looks like it'll be better as she seemed to be one paced near the finish LTO over the mile.

I like Cot Campbell but they'll be better times ahead to make money on him if he's anything decent as he looks to be. can definitely win and should be winning this but the price is a touch skinny. Free agent might be a tad overpriced @ 7/1. Seems in love with the short run in especially.

I make Bobby Dazzler the one to beat in the last race, a year older, drawn better and down in class, however always stick with your initial fancy, you chose it for a reason.

There is so little seperating I am Captain and Runaway Rebel here, that I couldn't take these odds on it. On top of that being a workriders race, any margin of error brings Pollyagain and Xibelani into reckoning. This tends to make Sockithome a real possibility for this race - but with caution given the workriders.

Strongly fancy Queen Alamo here, although the fact that Fourie has chosen Gee Whiz, which I backed for the win last time out suggests Gee Whiz might be the one to be on. In any event I would have been on board with queen alamo here but for the stable mate???

Should be a nice 1/2 though.
