Objection overruled......
No way can the stipes be sure the 2nd horse would have beaten the winner.
The winner came from behind the 2nd placed and and at that stage the 2nd horse was being asked to run.
And the winner took it easy the last bit so in my opinion a very frivolous objection.

IMO...there are too many jockeys that don't keep the horse balanced when they use the whip...
dangerous riding should be strongly discouraged.

JP should not get his deposit back for that objection.
Jocks and trainers got to stop wasting the stipes time with some of these frivolous objections that they lodge.
Did he really think he would have beaten the winner?
He just had to see the film before objecting and he would have seen it would be a waste of time.

He was sitting on top of the horse that got badly interfered with...My question...will something happen against bad riding if no-one highlights it? IMO that was objectionable and deserved the refund. The winning jocks' comment after the race..."that's racing"...
