JP should not get his deposit back for that objection.
Jocks and trainers got to stop wasting the stipes time with some of these frivolous objections that they lodge.
Did he really think he would have beaten the winner?
He just had to see the film before objecting and he would have seen it would be a waste of time.

He was sitting on top of the horse that got badly interfered with...My question...will something happen against bad riding if no-one highlights it? IMO that was objectionable and deserved the refund. The winning jocks' comment after the race..."that's racing"...

Yes that was rubbish riding by Sisobo but do you think,if not for the interfence,that JP's horse would have won?
The winner came from behind him and was eased up late,probably why the 2nd horse was making up ground at the death.
These 'new' objection rules mean that the horse that got interfered with objects that he would have beaten the horse he has objected against.No more costing it a place anymore.
Gone are the days where you could object against a horse that cost you a place.
