Almost 77% of PA tickets on the horse scratched after the PA started...as to what will be the favourite at the time of the race, and on which all these tickets fall, is anyone's guess...just plain wrong...
 

With 8 minutes to go to the start of Race 3, 5 of the 7 runners could possibly end up favourite...

To he.fair to the punting public I personally feel one two things should happen 
1. Postpone all exotic betting 
2.any horse scratched for any reason after the firstbleg of the PA,bipot,jp,p6 should he added in as a default horse.
I know this may effect the payouts but its better than what is happening right now.
