I think the Handicappers had to limit his rating ito the 'rules' (unrealistic) - for me if you think that Guy GIbson ran to a 102 and Wind of War to 109 (I think too low imo - but it would depend if the Handicapper thinks that they both ran below par as result of the going) then Greaterix ran at least 116 ....
