Summer Cup Hot! Hot! Hot!

Good morning all and as they say with the Summer Cup add, are we HOT HOT HOT?

Well just hope the weather plays its part this week as it certainly put a damper on last weeks event.

The racing looks good, we have a competition running, guess the Summer Cup trifecta payout for a Grand prize.

Look forward to giving the bookies a good run for their money, with some decent priced fancies.

I am sure I can have 100/1 on Clan Classique, but don't all phone at the same time.

Exhilaration holds of Bulsara at Clairwood

As far as the Dingaans and Summer Cup, will be looking towards Exhilaration and Magical also Fisani, in addition we have a pick six carry over at an estimated R5m.

Conduit is hot fav for the Japan Cup on Sunday and Kauto has now gone money-on for the King George on Boxing Day.

The site still going strong and thanks again for all the support and great posts.

Couple of posts I would like to highlight in addition to the AndreWest words of wisdom, are

"What Can You Bring To Racing",

"Breeder of the Year"

"Teletrack-is this the potential savior of racing"

and many more, keep the humour going guys, we need it in this game.

As a follow up to my post on the movie the Holiday, we are starting to promote guest houses/hotels that have a racing theme

or that are close to the tracks or racing facilities, could be a good lead into the World Cup opportunities to get some soccer lads to the races.

Its hard to imagine we only have 28 punting days to xmas

Hope to see you at the track on Saturday

Good punting

Sorry to be nitpicking, but I wasn't aware that Villandry was running in Mrs. O's colours?

Thanks, Scotia - will you bring it to my table in person - lol

Hibs, I think we are going to see pretty much the same result on Saturday - so you will have another chance to get it right!

Better outsider for me is Galanthus; gave weight and a lot of cheek last time to Galileo's Galaxy.

In the big one, I think Rudi Rocks and Eigth Street at around 8/1 provides good value; both weighted to run right next to Oracy and Magical, but more than triple the odds?

Hey gents:

My bets for the big hot hot hot day are:
Exhilaration
Starzene
Safwan
Mary Lou

I like Oracy for the big one, but ASLAN provides the best value for me.

Happy Punting and see you at Turffontein!

Got too agree on Aslan; will appreciate this trip and also good value imo; I think the race will be won by one of the top 6 horses in the betting: Oracy, Magical, Rudi Rocks, Eight Street, Aslan and Captain Scott.

Also like Exhiliration, but not sure that Starzene will get the trip and she has a big weight for a filly imo.
