Good evening all after day one
The punters had the upper hand on the bookies and the 3 heavily backed favs came home lonely.
Good effort with Concertista going down a head to give the punters a few black tears and the bookies to try and make a comeback on day 2.
It was wonderful to see Vintage Clouds win at 33/1 and has to be regarded as a bit of a grey legend.
We also had our 100/1 winner in a race that always had that potential of a big priced winner.
I can only offer you our next ATC attack on the bookies but only 8/1 ish on offer.
Take
MONKFISH
CHACUN POUR SOI
EASYLAND
and
ENVOI ALLEN for the Thursday
Plus take 2/1 on Paisley Park in the stayers to cover your ATC with hopefully one of its spectacular finishes .
Good Punting

Mac's tally for the Gr1's:1/4
R1 BRAVEMANSGAME
R2 MONKFISH
R4 Can't split Chacun Pour Soi and First Flow so at the odds will take FIRST FLOW
R7 Can't split Kilcruit and Elle Est Belle so at the odds will take ELLE EST BELLE
Don't forget TIGER ROLL runs R5 in the Cross Country Chase at 17:40.
Prosperous punting

Happy St Patrick’s Day or as they are saying at Cheltenham, Happy St Mullins Day.
It was a great day for favourite backers yesterday which means I had a bad day but still great racing!
Today I’m only going for one horse each way, Sceau Royal in the big one at 14/1.
Enjoy the great spectacle and be sure to at least have one Guinness today.

Well played Dave and Steck the only two who had a good day. With Happy Valley on as well today it can be a good one or carnage.

Really enjoyed the first day but today looks like plenty value on the card
Queen Mother Champion Chase is the race i most want to see , Put The Kettle On loves Cheltenham and i will be having a full go on this one at the price , think he can overturn the favourite
Johnson should have a good day with Some Neck Race 5 and Zanza Race 6 , will includes these in an all to come
Also looking forward to seeing Monkfish today
Cant wait for racing to start :woohoo: :woohoo:

In race 2,the second placed horse was paying R 37 a place on the tote half way through race and about 5 mins after the race was run.Once the results are posted it pays R 15.40.Has this to do with the winner who was paying R 1.00 a win and .40c a place?
