Whats the matter with the SA selectors. They now drop de Kock for Van Wyk to keep wicket. The next 50 over wc is in 4 years. Why bring in a player who will be too old to play in the wc and drop somebody who is young? Give the bloke time. Then they bring in Farhardbein. Wow.

England won the toss and have inserted Australia who have only made one change. Marsh in for Marsh thus strengthening their batting. Clarke drops to 5 so expecting a marathon knock from him. Overhead conditions will favour the bowlers this morning. Warner has to take it to the bowlers otherwise the Aussies could be beaten by lunch.

Australia one down already. Winning the toss means half way to winning the match in England.

8 balls bowled in the match and Australia are 10/3. They could be all out in 20 minutes

Clarke now on 4 and this is his international career on the line. If he fails then its thanks for coming and goodbye but if he gets them out of this hole (I believe that he will)
15/4 Marsh out. Unreal

Reflexes and / or sight gone / going...he may make a good score and prolong his career a little but the decline is irreversible...
21/4 in 4 overs...nice run rate !!

@cnc...just saw that...run rate still healthy though !! :woohoo: And Steve Smith has been absent since the Aussie win...technical flaws can only be plastered over for so long...

tnaicker if England had lost the toss then they in all probability would be in the same position. Cant see the Aussies getting out of this mess especially when the sun comes out in the next hour or so. When England bat it will be perfect for batting. Clarke has to produce the greatest ever captains knock the game has known in order to save his team from a crushing defeat.
