I am Darren M,I have had a love affair with the horses since around 1980, when i correctly gave the winner of the 1980 Grand National, Ben Nevis to my grandfather and Dad who each put 10 pounds e/w on the horse. It was a 40/1 shot. Needless to say i was pretty much covered for sweets and toys for a month or so after that. I am 34 years old, was born in Glasgow and have been here for 26 years now. Love playing the PA's and nothing wrong with a wee all to come with the bookies(if you get the right horses of course!)

Slowly getting a group of my friends together with me in the hope that one day in the not too distant future, we can get involved properly and buy a racehorse...

Favourite Horses: Bodrum, London News, Bush Telegraph and the great Wolf Power.. also enjoyed Spanish Pool, Eldoriza, Aquanaut and Ihla Da Vitoria.

I support Glasgow Rangers.

Have worked in the Racing industry (Was at Newmarket, Turffontein, NRB and was also Figgys agent a few years back.)

Love the UK racing, a big fan of the jumps season and for Saturday's Hennessy the Denman/ Weird Al/ Big Fella thanks box swinger is a certainty.

Hi... im Casey, originally from Durban but left there over 3 yrs ago and moved first to Hermanus & now living in Gordons Bay (windy but what a place). From an early age i got interested in horse racing as my grandparents & parents punted. Thats when the bug bit me!!! I am not a big punter & have my small flutter daily. To be an owner or part owner in a horse would make my dream come true... one day!!! I support MANCHESTER UNITED & enjoy most sports.

Hi, I 'm Shadley. Live in Cape Town but spent 7 years of my life in Jhb, That was during the years of Bartie Leisher, Raymond Rhodes, Roy Curling etc. Fave course there was Gosforth Park. I remember winning a jackpot there in 1985 with Jeff Lloyd riding the first leg for Ormond Ferraris at 10/1 and then riding 3 seconds.Bennie det Wet riding the last to win it for me as I did not have Jeff there. Paid R5000 for an outlay of R40. You will find me at the course (Kenilworth/ Durbanville) most weekends. Been browsing for a while but decided to join after Carl Burger asked me last week if I post...thanks Carl.
