DAILY NEWS 2000m

I see both favourites are 7-2.....surely a huge betting proposition to back both horses and still come out well ahead as i dont see anything else winning?

Even from the draw with Marcus up I would not write off Yorker. He has very little collateral form with the others and could be a top sort.

Wylie Hall is also in it ?

I, too, think it is as simple as the top two. I can't see yorker winning from that draw or at the tight Greyville track. Tellina could have a chance but is also badly drawn and blinkers....well, who knows?

The race of the day though for me is the woolavington.......WOW!

BRM is suspect in my opinion over the 2000m but she is ALL CLASS!
COTT.....I think if she takes to the course she will win the Woolavington as well as the July. She is some kinda good.

It's going to be interesting to see how strong the Gauteng horses are here...

I see that Tellina has been priced up at 14/1, and at ante-post for the July is at 16/1 - so either great value to be had on Saturday, or a riduculous price for the July ?

In my opinion if the 14/1 in the Daily News is fair (which I think it is), T should be 50/1 for the July - and I agree with most only two numbers needed in the P6 - got to have the de Kock coupling surely; Yorker the dark horse - not sure how good he is :S
