as iv said before the nhra are not an independant body they are funded by the operators,they couldnt strike a match nevermind take trainers licenses away...the carpet is the biggest in the world remember..plenty of neglect of horses has taken place before and they have been notified about it by trainers at those centres and they havent done a thing
