Feel I was prejudiced by selecting him the last time but Gambol is very much alive and I see hes been touched up together with Yukon Gold who wasn't far off Gambol recently. Also Erasmus went to the sand with him so for me its open.I'm beginning to doubt my first position
Any thoughts

If I do remember correctly, I think Tokyo Drive needs a bit further. Yes it won its maiden over 1000, but lto over 1400, he was up there and lost ground in the straight only to come back with a late run, suggesting he might prefer a bit further... I do stand to be corrected though, as its really a vague memory of its last race...

I hear Tommy Waterdevil will become a champion. If that is true, CALAPAN's 4th place 2 runs ago was not bad and should have won last time out. Gooi mielies!!!

6/1 win and 7.5/10 FOR 4 Places seem value to me

There is more chance of me winning the P6 straight line everyday for a month than that horse being a Champ. He could not win a listed Handicap against his own age so how could he beat them at level weights as Classic conditions dictate. Nothing wrong with your line on Caplan though just think that on form the Devil is just a good horse but certainly no sign of greatness there.
