Cardiff Castle R8
a quartet inclusion at 40/1
3/4 l to Edict Of Nantes over a mile,this is a 71mr
2,25 to Banner Hill over ten furlongs has some collateral with Flying Ryan and that sports two seconds and a win in his last three
looks to be his peak run, last reported not striding out
JR seems pleased with Calvin
59kg and a bad draw ,but could sneak in

By no means am I a form expert but here are my picks for tomorrow.
race 3: To win i reckon Poetry or FRESNAYE may take it, Poetry's ma forte formline looks very appealing but i will gamble on fresnayes previous race to be stronger. trip to ibiza might improve to place and oviously township melody who is in great form
race 4. Here i think rommel wil win if handling the turn and overcoming a slightly bad draw. Silva fox should run in places and maybe undercover agent can improve to place.
Race 5: i think DESTINY DUCHESS should win, improving all the time but by no means a banker for me, RAISE YOUR HAND, could also sneak it.
Race 6: is very open, but i am leaning towards COMMANDER BOND and Dragon Flame if you ignore his 2nd last run. Twilight trip and redeemer might fill the quartets
Race 7: Here i am leaning towards TIME TO THINK to win. maybe
ELEGANCIA will appreciate the shorter trip and place, and CELTIC CHARM is low in the weights might place at long odds. Not sure what to make of LANARK but will include
Race 8: Here i am hoping BENJAN will cope with the weight to win. as an outsider i like GIMME ONE NIGHT who now has a 11kg swing in the weights with with benjans win in march when 2.5 lbh. could suprise.
Good luck to all!

Nice write up , just 2 things to add if u playing exotics
Race 3: Heart Of A Legend will love the return to sprinting and if the track is running fast can run them off there feet here , include
Race 5:Stream Of Kindness was a little unlucky last start and would have got a lot closer , the jock on top is very average otherwise I would make this the one to beat
