Kikat spot on however I think would be a very dangerous decision just to open up in 8 days time, they need to first reach apex, however even if we take that away a huge opening plan such as China would need to be made first to reintroduce this economy. The certainly don't have money yet for that. I find it very strange how the JSE shares are growing in price?? maybe bored traders
