Dave with level 3 in sight we will be asking this question and hoping there's a suitable answer.
The question is........ Can the highly infectious W Cape and E Cape be allowed inter-provincial movement?
Level 3 allows for this movement.
Hope our authorities will be aware.

Morning on day 54 and the red sun is rising.
Every day is the same, did find some meths with my old fondue set in the garage.
The Astro turf/grass on the balcony is also taking a pounding.
We all in limbo and await call on racing, cigs and booze and some form on normality, hope to see our family and friends again.
Not sure about you but I have had terrible, mental dreams during this lockdown.
My late mum used to tell me the best way to remember a dream is to have a piece of paper and pen at the side of the bed. As soon as you wake up, you have to write as much as you can before talking to anyone else, including cell phone.
I am just trying to put my notes into words.....
“I had a dream”
We had gone to our local Chinese restaurant in Wingate Park.
The menu had Bat, Rat and Dog, I started to panic and asked for Duck and was informed “it’s out of season”. I then asked for Chicken to be told they “only had one three legged one, but they could not catch it.”
I then said to mrs S, “let’s go to the pub next door”, Elephant and Friends, it was under new management, Panda and Friends and had a special on the board “bly wan rice wine and get wan flee”
We just went home to just catch our new president, Ci Rama Po Sa, .
He was saying that there will be a full military parade on Sat and Sunday at Church Square and as a concession to the nation, we will be allowed to buy red T shirts during the winter, for one day only on the Friday.
Must say I woke up in a cold sweat.
My song will be the worst Beatles hit,.
I am sure this is when Paul and George told Ringo to focus on the drums

And still our Prez and his merry band allow us to stagger on into the dark unknown.
In SA you can run for President if you have any clue how to fix the country{ the amount of what you drink or how long you procrastinate will provide no obstacle to your chances)

Have you listened to MOTSHEKGA answering questions on ENCA
I have never listened to so much shit in my life, this is a total embarrassment.

Morning on day 55, it’s Wednesday.
Well I did not have any bad dreams last night, as I could not sleep a wink after listening to another minister talking about the kids going back to school.
It reminded me of many years ago, I had a very wise CEO and he always told me “employ someone better than yourself “.
Was tempted to reply, it’s easy for you to say that, but bit my tongue.
The principal was that it would improve the strength of the organization and make life easier for succession planning.
With this in mind, Cyril must have a job for life.
We are getting close to level 3 and would have to say dreading listening to another long speech, telling us nothing.
Not in the mood but here is a song for today.
For our racing community
