I read on News 24 from our Minister of Health that we are attempting something unique with the Virus.

I really hope it’s true.It should be if anyone wants to work then they must work, if anyone is scared then they must stay at home.

This is not like Hiv where if you wear a condom or abstain you will be protected for life - Everyone in the world will contract this at some point so either we wait for a cure or vaccine and eventually starve to death or are killed as a result of violence brought on by starvation - A portion of the population will die but if we don't begin to act normally(just like Sweden) we might all die - I would rather have an open society than live in lockdown and eventually have to worry about being killed in my home by a starving society.

At this stage or level nothing really changes.

People getting more and more in trouble with little chance of recovery.

I am going to try and stop watching TV ( or should I say the news) it’s making me more depressed and concerned.

Yet road blocks all over to check if Joe Soap should be on the road or has " contraband".

Nope it is the norm in the decisions of the Pres and his merry band.

It is the norm in Africa .... since when does logic apply?

Seems like the govt treasury has run out of juice they now claim they cant pay for sanitizer masks gloves and other PPE. They now want doughnations, yes want it for free so they can sell the surplus to still keep uber socialists in clover. No decent margins in these PPE and sanitizers anymore as every Tom Dick and their dog is now a supplier. We gone full circle and supplying the basic ingredients again to these throngs of bucket and chuck manufacturers.

As for the cops they are now very present in the neighborhood stopping cars and searching for booze and smokes what a joke. So sad that Cyril has lost the plot.

Even if just for the chorus :-

Personally, I think SA racing will begin earliest mid August. Just my opinion.
